Urgent July 23-30 Lebanon Disaster Response Trip Needs

Lebanon has faced significant economic and political upheaval, massive immigration, and bombardment. The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) projects that about 1.24 million people in Lebanon (roughly 24% of the population) are facing high acute food insecurity (IPC Phase 3 or above) from April through August 2026. [1, 2]. In response, we are working with our local partner organizations to provide vital community support and disaster relief to those who have lost their homes and jobs. Our efforts focus on addressing WASH and shelter needs by providing food and simple housing. Only $40 feeds a family for a week. $150 can feed them for a month. $350 covers monthly rent for a family. 

Deacon Joshua is Traveling to Lebanon July 23-30, and intends to bring all of your support to the three ministries we have been working with:

- The Community of the Beatitudes

- Horizons International

- Warm Heart

Our friends in Lebanon have been working with refugees for many years by providing Humanitarian Relief. They  have helped to transition their refugee camp toward sustainability and have brought additional training to those in need.

In addition to offering basic needs, our friends are providing basic education, skills training and medical services to these families and others in the region. 

This partner, Warm Heart, is giving their all to those in need.  We are blessed to call them friends and partner in their efforts to reach the least and the last.
